A random photo of one of the limestone boulders placed on the grounds of the Dali Museum in Saint Petersburg, Florida. When post-processing work of this shot was in progress, I noticed a shape on the left side of the photo that appeared to look like an abstract face or skull or possibly the form in his painting The Great Masturbator.

Matthew Blum, the creator of blumwurks, was born in Ohio in 1974. Over the last few years, Matthew has worked predominantly with photography, but always looks for time to create images with graphite and acrylics. Whatever the medium, he pays close attention to detail and composition, while ensuring the conveyance of his idea or feeling.
